Lesson 7--Slide 18 From Chapter 6 When we submit to appropriate authorities we show our respect for God and the order He has established and maintain good favor in the eyes of men. Christians should avoid and not support false teachers. It is dangerous to be rich or to be one who seeks riches because material gain can be a distraction from spiritual things and a means for satisfying ungodly desires.
