Can’t compartmentalize this work- as it can’t all be done outside of work hours While this does sacrifice time with students and parents, but they will benefit by my work I believe that I’m an Ambassador/Cheerleader for my profession Biggest Struggle? Finding time; there’s no incentive to do this Million ideas to do research on, but the challenge is to prioritize this over other tasks

What’s the difference between assessment, evaluation and research? Assessment = measures outcomes of a particular program Evaluation = measures quality of particular program Research = generates new knowledge; role of theory; explanatory
