1.I help your team establish milestones and target dates to launch in 90 days. 2.I complete the initial setup of the following database features to ensure your success : – Member Types – Memberships – Custom Fields – Dues Rules/Modifiers & Renewal Rules – Locality Settings 3.I connect you with our design team for consultation and application of your sites design elements. 4.I work with you and your staff to establish a training schedule and to make sure you understand and retain the information. 5.I act as your direct point of contact with YM during Implementation. Your Team’s Responsibilities 1.Complete you product training courses 2.Add and manage your website’s content 3.Add and manage any events you would like to have run through YM once your site is launched 4.Additional feature set up (if imperative to launch): Blogs & Forums Groups Latest News Store Professional Development 5.Provide data: Ensure Data Accuracy Format Data for Import 6.Get excited to see a return on your investment!

Design & Delivery Once you choose your template, we will ask you for a number of design elements that we need to build out the first version of your site. Note: Actual work on your design will only start when we receive all specs from your organization and we can submit them in their entirety to our design team. Once your design task is submitted, the design team will take from 4 to 6 weeks to provide you with your first initial design look and feel. You will have up to (3) revisions on your website design.
