I Believe That a school (and a school system) should provide students with every possible curricular and extra-curricular activity for them to be successful academically, socially, vocationally, and civically. That a school should provide students with a safe environment conducive to learning. That a school should involve the community and its resources in educating their children. That the faculty and staff of a school should teach their students how to be positive role models in the community by being positive role models themselves.

Personal Vision Statement I am the administrator of a school that inspires students to dream about the potential their life has to positively impact the world around them and provides avenues for them to help those dreams become reality. Students in this school will learn new ways of thinking about the problems that impact their community and work on developing positive solutions to them. Faculty and staff will challenge these students academically by providing a rigorous and relative curriculum that raises achievement scores (SOL’s) and graduation rates.
