2 EAC Education and Training - Overall Approach (1)  Mapping (National, European, International, Private)  Value for money, lack of coherence, no truly European education, cultural not technical, strategy level and programme managers, encompass all spectrum of stakeholders Recommendations  pMS to include courses on European armaments cooperation  Develop a virtual learning centre  Create a database of national training providers and courses  Organise an annual conference  Sessions on armaments cooperation and cooperative programmes within the ESDC High level and Orientation Courses  Create a specific armaments education network of national defence colleges  Investigate a specialist course on European armaments cooperation  All initiatives, as much as possible, should be open to non-EU countries EU ISS Study
