Natural Resources Natural resources are materials on or in the earth that have economic value – Renewable natural resources: Those that can be replaced through natural processes in a reasonable amount of time – Non-renewable natural resources: Those that cannot be replaced through natural processes in a reasonable amount of time – Inexhaustible energy sources: Those that are used to produce power and are unlimited in quantity
