Investigative (District 7) September 8 th, 2015 – Detectives were investigating a burglary at 2500 Quinto Drive based upon information received pertaining to a child on campus in possession of stolen property. After interviewing multiple witnesses, they received confessions and arrested two juveniles for multiple burglaries in the area. Property was recovered from suspects, a local pawn shop, and from individuals who had unknowingly purchased the illicit items. 8

Patrol (District 7) September 12 th, 2015 – Officers responded to 4100 Scyene Road where a carjacking of an individual at gunpoint occurred. Officers quickly located the stolen vehicle and after a brief pursuit, arrested four suspects for aggravated robbery. 9

METRO (District 6) August 26 th, 2015 – After receiving developing information a specific vehicle was possibly involved in multiple robberies within the area, officers conducted surveillance. While being watched, the vehicle traveled to 9800 Dale Crest Drive, where suspects attempted to rob someone by force. Uniformed officers intervened, arresting the suspects for robbery and recovering property. 10

Patrol (District 12) September 13 th, 2015 – Officers were dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle at 3901 Accent Drive, where they were able to apprehend the suspect in the act. The suspect was also in possession of a firearm and cocaine. 11

Narcotics (District 2) September 11 th, 2015 – Narcotics detectives executed a search warrant at a club located at 4300 Live Oak Street. The detectives seized 3.7 pounds of cocaine and $94,000. Four people were arrested on felony drug distribution charges. 12
