NJ Clean Air Council (NJCAC)  Multi-stakeholder advisory body –18 members; representing industry, the public, and state government agencies  Legislation requires an annual public hearing –First hearing held in 1968

Motivation for 2008 Hearing  The NJCAC recognized that air quality and ports was an important topic. –regional air quality –jurisdictions overlap –logistic challenges –costs  Airports and seaports are expected to expand.
