 Make sure you answer ALL questions.  Make sure you are site ALL of your websites  You may work together in groups, however, you MUST turn in your own work.  Remember to review and give feedback at the end.

 Review the following website: ◦ man.html man.html ◦ After looking over the models and dresses / suits. Describe what they would wear in the following times  1800  1850  1900

 In the 1800’s the American Culture was just being created. Look up the “Dolly Madison” she was the First Lady of the United States. She had many influences on the fashion of the country.   Look up and view the dresses of this time period. Tell me in a paragraph why do YOU think they would wear this type of dress everyday. (google doc this please)

 Why did the fashion change during the ? What happened in 1861?  How did England fashion influence American fashion? What is this time period called (hint it is not an American name)  What do the clothes look like? What are the pros and cons of their clothing?  What is happening to clothing during the 1890’s-1900?

 What did YOU think about the clothing of the different times?  Why?  Could you wear this type of clothing?  Keeping an open mind, why do you think people like watching “period made” movies with this type of clothing?  I hope you enjoyed researching this, I LOVE the Victorian Period
