Learner Analysis & Job Analysis An electronic survey will be sent out to gather information. Employees will be able to complete this survey at their leisure before a chosen deadline. This will minimize disruption of work processes. Example of possible survey

Training Objectives Learners will be able to identify and utilize the necessary business processes at a success rate of 95% or higher as measured via online tests at the end of modules according to specified testing schedule. Learners will be able to apply knowledge of-appropriate host nations’ languages, customs, values, and behaviors as measured through questions posed during and after online scenarios at success rate of 95% or higher according to specified testing schedule. * Training Objectives will be finalized in cooperation with ISC's Project Management team based on final results of needs and learner analysis.
