11 MSL 301, Lesson 01a: Course Overview and Accessions Brief Revision Date: 30 June Methodology: End of LDAC Commissionees will be incorporated into the current year’s PMS Accessions OML cohort using a 0.5 criteria (cohort that has already been branched for the FY) LDAC Commissionees are incorporated into the current FY’s OML Model to calculate an OMS which will determine their OML ranking using a 0.5 criteria resulting in no impact on the previously established OML The previous DA Selection and Branching Board’s Active Duty cut-line will be used to determine which End of LDAC Commissionees will receive Active Duty and which will be referred to the Reserve Component based on their OML ranking Branching End of LDAC Commissionees
12 MSL 301, Lesson 01a: Course Overview and Accessions Brief Revision Date: 30 June 2013 Commission Review Board Results FY13 Board reviewed 578 files and identified 10 files for Commission Review These 10 files were returned through the Brigades to the battalions by CG, Cadet Command directing that a 15-6 be conducted CG, Cadet Command makes the final decision for retention or disenrollment PMS’s need to make the hard call on substandard performing Cadets. Don’t leave the decision to the Board.

Prebranch to 40%, Additional 15% with ADSO, All others to DABM with all 16 branches considered (14 for females) Consider AV in DABM if cadet satisfies prerequisites The DABM will still weight Cadet Preference & OML standing as the priority factors for branch assignment All branch choices will be considered by the DABM, and credit will be given to those who ADSO in the DABM. Results will be released in alphabetical order with DMG, designate you component RA, USAR, ARNG or Educational Delay (DL), basic branch, and detailed branch. Top 10% of the Active Duty Selects will not be charged a Branch for Service ADSO (BrADSO)!
