11. APPEALS and SECOND REVIEW PROCESS Submit Special Admission Request form via email or mail. Appeals will be considered on a case by case basis only. Notification of decision or update on request will occur within 30 days.

EARLY START PROGRAM (ESP) Students must begin their remediation the summer before their fall enrollment at a CSU. -Admissions will begin communicating with students as early as October on their expected ESP participation. -Communication with admitted applicants will continue throughout spring semester. -ELM/EPT, if required, must be taken as early as possible (no later than May) -Students must notify Fresno State of how they will complete their required ESP participation. -Students may complete ESP at Fresno State, other CSUs, or CCCs.
