The scholarships, which are awarded to about 250 National Guard and USAR members nationwide each year, pay all tuition, fees, $600/semester for books and materials plus $450 (junior)/$500 (senior) per month subsistence pay. In addition to monthly drill pay as an E-5 and GI Bill + Kicker, this is the best university student financial opportunity available anywhere.
