This is a Cloud based Project Management Information System to maintain and track the Projects for physical completion percentage and expenditure incurred against the budget by individual milestone. It provides to maintain the information of the Programs and its related projects to hold all the related deliverables and documents in the document library for reference purposes from any where and any time. -Project Manager can only see his assigned domain Projects. -Project user can only see the assign projects under the domain -Milestone % Completion is based on weight percentage. -Deliverables are approved by the assigned stakeholder. -Once the Project is Closed, no update is allowed in the project information. 14 1.Login to 2.Register as an Administrator of the company. 3.Login with the Administrator Account you have created. 4.Create Domains(Site or Departments) for your Company 5.Create the Project Manager Account 6.Assign the Project Manager to the Domain and send the credentials to the Project Manager to login and create his/her projects.
