When and why is it best to use one method rather than another. WILF You will begin a presentation to show what formal and informal communication is and how it is used by travel and tourism organisations.

Which are formal and informal ways of communicating?

Formal CommunicationInformal communication. From this exercise try and explain when a company would use formal methods of communication and when they would use informal ways.

Now divide them into verbal and non verbal communication methods. Explain with examples from travel and tourism organisations, how these methods contribute to the delivery of good customer service.
