Homework Assignment Notebook-please sign daily Optional 1 ½ in. binder can be used Daily –Math study link (family letter before each unit) –Reading (minimum of 20 min. per day) Weekly –Spelling Contracts (see sample) –IXL and math unit practice packets –Weekly Reports (sign and return)

Vision 21 Information For Parents of All Fourth Grade Students: As part of the district-wide identification process for Vision 21 services, Wayzata Public Schools will be administering the Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAt) to all Fourth Grade students on September 28 th, 29 th and 30 th.

Vision 21 Information Continued Results from the CogAt tests will be used as one of the multiple information sources to identify students who are most likely to benefit from the Vision 21 Gifted and Talented program. Student identification will be finalized and parents will have access to their child’s CogAt results through Skyward Family Access by the beginning of December 2015.
