Considering Teacher Perspectives Realities Assumptions Strategies

“Demonstration / Model lessons in the teacher's classroom to all at least once a quarter. It is easier for them to come into our room to model focused skills than for us to visit another classroom.” Realities Assumptions Strategies

“Having instructional coaches that meet all of the criteria listed above is a great assets in Henderson County. I feel that their focus should be more on new teachers although still available to be of assistance to everyone in the school. I also feel that they should have content knowledge in all subject areas so that they can be most beneficial to everyone.” Realities Assumptions Strategies
