Started with YouTube to tell complex stories Using Twitter to educate, customer service, promote issues, track trends Developing “blog” that acts as bridge between static official information and third party information. Also acts as “News Room” and value-added content that gives voice to employees. Developing widgets, RSS feeds and other content for others to promote our message. Retooling multimedia capabilities on fema.gov to mirror web 2.0 What Is FEMA doing?
