Teeth By: Al-Jazi

Do’s for clean teeth

Brush your teeth 2 to 3 times a day. If you brush your teeth less than 2 times a day they will rot and you will get decays.

Floss every day. Flossing your teeth will prevent from plaque keeping in between your teeth. It will also get rid of the foods that are stuck in your teeth.

Drink a lot of milk and water. Milk and water are one of the most healthiest drinks for your teeth. Milk and water contains a lot of fluoride. Fluoride protects your teeth from decay and acidic products.

Do not drink soda, fizzy and energy drinks. Those drinks contain a lot of acids and sugar. They destroy all the fluoride. That creates plaque and decays.

Visit your Dentist regularly. Your dentist takes a big role of your dental care. You may have a cavity and it will grow if you don’t take care of it and remove it. Your dentist will also tell how to take care of your teeth properly and what you are doing wrong.

Don’ts For Bad Teeth

Caffeine drinks can ruin your teeth.

Orange’s and lemon’s are bad for your teeth. Orange’s and lemon are acidic and they create black on your teeth. Your teeth’s floride will be vanished because of the acid and black gets created.
