Final Inspection and Certificate of Occupancy Final Inspections Project may require multiple inspections from different programs Contact us as early as possible to schedule tentative inspection dates It’s easier to postpone inspections than initially schedule them with short notice Certificate of Occupancy All SRHD program requirements must be met prior to release

Commercial Project Review Fees Fees are assessed for the initial review of commercial projects Implemented January 1, 2012 Effort to recover costs Benefits: Reduced fee for first hour of review Saves time during detailed plan review billed at higher rate Provides information about entire site Saves money by reducing changes to the project after final plans are created Assists with determination of project budget
