Mission The mission of the Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Commission is to provide diverse, year round opportunities by creating and providing recreation, leisure and community services necessary to promote and improve the overall quality of life for the citizens of Jefferson County, West Virginia.

Overview The Jefferson County Parks & Recreation Commission is a non-profit organization. Made up of a 11 member volunteer board, appointed by the Jefferson County Commission 6 Full Time Staff part-time, seasonal, contracted staff
