1. La Valla Campus – Junortoun Proposed Site Development - Junortoun Community Centre Scope of Works The intention is to clearly delineate the education facilities from the community facility. The master plan outlines and details the educational developments and precinct. The multi-purpose facilities will create an opportunity for the students and the wider community to access outdoor and indoor activities. The master plan was generated with the intention of realizing a range of partnerships and phased development over the next five to ten years. Mercy Education Limited and McAuley Limited will commit in excess of $6mil to the multi-purpose facility and surfaces. The intention is to commence works early 2016. The first stage of the master plan is being generated presently with new classrooms and a Performing Arts Centre estimated to cost $8mil.

3. Priority Sporting precinct community partnership Establishment of new ovals / pitches on the northern area Staged development of a Multi-purpose facility Development of tennis courts and netball courts Proposed Primary school 2020 Early Learning Centre Health & NDIS facility

4. Multipurpose Facility Recreation areas: Presently, the partners expressed a desire for the provision of an indoor facility in the multi-purpose facility. The intention is to create an open space, with the appropriate surface so a range of sports can be played in the facility. Including: Cricket Basketball Netball Futsal Gymnasium Volleyball Badminton

5. The master plan on the location will also accommodate: Meeting space Whole school event seating Canteen Industrial kitchen Administration Other Amenities: Lighting Change rooms / showers Clubrooms Toilets Parking and access O’Keefe Trail / bike transfer
