Ⅲ. Troubleshooting Trouble & Solution Error Scanner Lock [Description ] CCDM do not move and displayed “Scanner Lock” on the LCD Panel. [Wrong Part] CCD Home Sensor Scan Joint B’D SMPS CCDM belt. [Check and Cause] 1. Check the CCD Home Sensor. 2. Check the Motor Driver(A3983) on the Scan Joint Board. 3. Check the 24V Fuse on the SMPS. 4. Check the connection of CCDM with a belt. [Solution] 1. Replace the CCDM Home Sensor. 2. Replace the Scan Joint Board. 3. Replace the SMPS. 4. Connect the CCDM with a belt correctly.

Ⅲ. Troubleshooting Trouble & Solution Error Copy/Scan Error [Description ] 1. Background occured or Copy quality is not good. 2. CCDM Lamp do not turn on.. [Wrong Part] 1. CCDM 2. FFC Cable 3. Main Board 4. SMPS [Check and Cause] 1. Check the shading profile. 2. Check the FFC Cable. 3. SOC is error on the Main Board. 4. Check the 24V on the CCD I/F connector & Fuse on the SMPS. [Solution] 1. Replace the CCDM. 2. Replace the FFC Cable. 3. Replace the Main Board. 4. Replace the SMPS.

Ⅲ. Troubleshooting Trouble & Solution Error Paper Empty/MP Paper Empty [Description ] 1. Paper Empty or MP Paper Empty message displayed on the LCD. [Wrong Part] 1. Paper Sensor. 2. HVPS. [Check and Cause] 1. Check the Paper Sensor is working well. 2. Check the HVPS. [Solution] 1. Replace the Paper Sensor. 2. Replace the HVPS.

Ⅲ. Troubleshooting Trouble & Solution Error Reverse Jam [Description ] Paper is not exited from the Reverse Unit. [Wrong Part] 1. Reverse Paper Sensor 2. Reverse Board. [Check and Cause] 1. Check the Reverse Paper Sensor is working well. 2. Check the Motor Driver on the Reverse Board. [Solution] 1. Replace the Reverse Unit. 2. Replace the Reverse Board.

Ⅲ. Troubleshooting Trouble & Solution Error Document Jam [Description ] Document Jam message displayed on the LCD [Wrong Part] 1. ADF/DADF Document Sensor 2. ADF/DADF Board [Check and Cause] 1. Check the Document Sensor in the ADF/DADF. 2. Check the Motor Driver on the ADF/DADF Board. [Solution] 1. Replace the Document Sensor in the ADF/DADF. 2. Replace the ADF/DADF Board.

Ⅲ. Troubleshooting Trouble & Solution Error FAX Error [Description ] FAX TX or RX Error [Wrong Part] 1. FAX Board 2. Main Board [Check and Cause] 1. Check the connection of the FAX Board with the Main Board. 2. Check the connection of the Tel Line with the FAX Board. [Solution] 1. Replace the FAX Board or Main Board. 2. Connect the Tel Line to the FAX Board correctly.
