Influencing factors.... Visioning workshop | 22 October 2012 | 4 Market need Available technology Ideas Courage & conviction A little help from my friends – Significant help – Support & encouragement – Techno-lacking No problem

Student comments….. Visioning workshop | 22 October 2012 | 4 Online- I don't have to travel far to attend Supportive environment on eBridge helped me become more confident with learning at this level. Reading other student's comments and their experiences was very helpful and gave me insight into practice i would not have had or understood. Reading others work…has been very interesting and helpful in helping me to learn…also helps you to measure yourself against your peers which is important to know. I like the fact that I can go on to eBridge for 15 minutes or 2 hours. It is all relevant. Proved a better way of learning compared to classroom setting as you can always go into it even late at night or early mornings. Tasks allowed information sharing which gives a bigger picture on what is happening in other endoscopy units. Interaction with the group was excellent... It was also nice to get an insight into so many different units around the country.

Learning online made continuing education possible for me as it can fit into my busy schedule that would not have been possible if I was to do a conventional classroom setting.
