98% of respondents are aware that young people under the age of 21 are drinking in their communities Responses to where youth are accessing alcohol (there is an overlap in percentages as many respondents listed more than 1 source of access):  56% believe its from older friends  49% believe its provided by parents  29% believe an adult is providing  20% believe older siblings are providing Potential barriers where listed as follows (there is an overlap in percentages as many respondents listed more than 1 source of obstacles):  34% report the social acceptance/social norms/rite of passage of underage drinking are barriers  16% cite that parents who don’t care and lack of support from parents are barriers  11% believe providers and users are barriers  11% believe law enforcement aren’t enforcing the laws as they should be
