This starts with K-1 Students  Every student in the current River Road and Howard boundary choose: Language Immersion or Technology Immersion  In order to keep a viable language immersion program, native Spanish speaking students are given priority to a River Road classroom K-1.  Families are given a number of opportunities, in a variety of ways, to find out about the strengths of both schools.  Staffing is done to provide the most flexibility for both schools in the initial years.  Budgets are built to promote growth in two programs.
