Washington and Adam’s Intro Unit Centers 1.Students will be assigned groups at the start of class 2.Students will work together as a group to complete each stations task within the given time period. 3.We will rotate every 10 min. 4.Try your best and remember this should get you interested in what we are doing. It might leave you with more questions than answers and that is OK! 5.If you get done before it is time to rotate please begin working on your 7-1 Reading Comprehension Worksheet

Station 1 Unit Survey 1.Get out one textbook per group minimum. 2.Find the start of Chapter 7 and skim the pages up until the end. 3.Using the box provided on the worksheet answer the following questions. – What are some of the items we will talk about in this unit. – What are some things you want to know based on what you are looking at?

Station 2 Pictures 1.In the folder is a series of pictures, diagrams and charts previewing information you will learn in this unit. 2.On the back of each picture, diagram and chart is a number. Take an educated guess about what it is about. Write your thoughts and any questions you might have based on the picture. 3.We will go through and you will see this again!!! Get your brain thinking!
