Agenda 1. Key Activities, Accomplishments and Status 2. Task Review 3. Meeting Notes and Action Items

Project Management and Reporting Started Monthly Status Report

Enterprise Services Inventory/ Capability Blueprint and Roadmap Capability inventory – Finished adding Utility Services which are carried forward from the NESI services as Utility capabilities. Completed mapping from CPMS listing to new inventory (added as a new tab in the spreadsheet). Working on reverse mapping (including identifying capabilities in new inventory that do not map back to CPMS listing and may be candidates for adding to the CPMS listing).

Service Specification Templates Task complete. Services Portfolio and Wiki Management Revised COPPA Service Specifications archive page to form a stand-alone archive with references to live documents where available. Solicited additional direction but have not acted on it yet.

Service Specification Reviews No update in this reporting period Service specification standards, templates, best practices and processes Task complete.

2TRANSCEND Integration and Architecture Task complete.

ARB Support – EPLC/Architecture/Design Researched industry standards and techniques for securing RESTful Web services. Presented and discussed in ARB. Forwarded slides for publishing. Provided description of issues necessitating Lab Loader patch. (Follow-up to request at earlier ARB review of C3D.)

Technical Expertise - C3D Support release of fixes for performance and multiple definitions of Lab Comment DCMs: Met with QA to discuss testing. Reviewed Requirements Traceability Matrix and provided advice on test mappings. Reviewed and clarified tier configuration and completeness of patch. Continued manual assistance for loading labs. Created and distributed scripts and directions for work-around currently being used. Obtained additional details for providing C3D expertise for update of August Monthly Status Report. Resolved 3 Lab Loader tickets.

Project Management Update monthly status report for August with additional details on providing C3D expertise. Complete monthly status report for September. Develop ARRA quarterly report. Enterprise Services Inventory Blueprint and Roadmap Business Capabilities Inventory: Complete Clinical Sciences information and continue researching project attributes (time permitting). Complete reverse mapping against current capability listing in CPMS.

Services Portfolio and Wiki Management Post Business Capabilities Inventory. Revise COPPA Service Specifications archive page and other NES Wiki pages per the following direction: All services should be listed on NES page with pointers to all CTRP implementations. All original COPPA services docs should be on COPPA page along with pointers to CTRP implementations. CTRP public page can have its stuff - plus pointers back to NES/COPPA. Note: This activity has not been reviewed yet for scope or dependencies on other teams. It might not be accomplishable in the remaining time on this project. Create document containing links to all created or modified pages.

Technical Expertise - C3D Continue Lab Loader manual processing assistance (reviewing daily loads and performing weekend loads). Continue CDE Loads as required. Support release of fixes for performance and multiple definitions of Lab Comment DCMs: Identify test data on dev tier used to verify fixes.

Issues - Technical Expertise - C3D Patrick is having problems with his account and access to and the “h:“ drive. He has service requests in and access has been partially restored. With current access, he should be able to continue supporting C3D but might not be as efficient. – Update: PC access has been restored. Historical NIH is still not available. Availability of C3D expert is limited. (Approximately 50% and limited time during normal working hours.)
