Project Management and Reporting Updated and distributed slides for Q2 in-process review

4 Key Activities/Accomplishments since the last meeting
Enterprise Services Inventory/ Capability Blueprint and Roadmap Working with the Wiki documentation team to upload latest copy of the NESI spreadsheet and to archive the older versions. (No update in this reporting period.) Continued analysis of the BAM/LS-DAM to generate new capabilities and related information: Mined Life Sciences and Enterprise Common Resources capabilities. Performed pass to identify additional capabilities. Started identifying Clinical Trials capabilities. Began mapping capabilities to projects.

Service Specification Templates Reviews previously completed. Minor follow-up review performed and concerns noted on Wiki. Request made to documentation team to perform Section 508 compliance review and updates. Services Portfolio and Wiki Management No update in this reporting period

Service Specification Reviews No update in this reporting period Service specification standards, templates, best practices and processes Reviews previously completed. Minor follow-up review performed and concerns noted on Wiki. Request made to documentation team to perform Section 508 compliance review and updates.

7 Key Activities/Accomplishments/Status
2TRANSCEND Integration and Architecture Worked with the Program and Engineering teams to identify, review, and address 2TRANSCEND integration risks and issues. Participated in weekly technical coordination, status, and technical team meetings with daily scrums on other days. Continued review and discussion (focused on integration and security) of UCSF CDA Conversion Webservice approach and documentation. Resolved approaches for integration with OpenEMR and validation of Trial Summary note for the purposes of UAT. Attended AE serious event working session to ensure there were no unresolved integration issues. Investigated and participated in discussions on integration problems with baseline Adverse Events including requirements and system capabilities.

ARB Support – EPLC/Architecture/Design Participated in weekly Enterprise Architecture Review Board meetings to present, actively discuss and contribute to Architecture and Design reviews and discussions Reviewing EPLC artifacts (document templates, checklists, and stage gate review process) and existing CBIIT project artifacts to identify what would be useful in CBIIT-specific document templates/examples to standardize documentation presented for reviews.

Technical Expertise - C3D Investigated and fixed a data issue preventing loader from running. Completed partially implemented CDE load.

Update Project Plan (.mpp) for progress on major activities (capability Inventory and EPLC artifact support) 2TRANSCEND Integration and Architecture Continue participation in and support for integration meetings Perform any additional tasks required for ongoing support as they arise
