Are you taking initiatives to minimize the use of resources, for example water and energy? How do you handle chemicals and other materials posing a hazard? Are you complying to all applicable laws and regulations prohibiting or restricting use of specific substances, consumption of raw materials, origin of raw materials?  EMPLOYEES Does your company pay full employment taxes according to national law? Is there personal protective equipment for the workers available for free? Is your company offering your employees any help to keep good health? If yes, which initiatives are you taking? ETHICS AND SOCIETY Is your company fair in its decision making, for example, towards employees or suppliers? Does your company have written instructions to employees about the companies view on bribery and other corruption? GOVERNANCE May workers speak openly with management regarding working conditions? Is feedback gathered from workers in any way? Are such surveys (if any) anonymous? SUPPLY CHAIN Does your company inquire your suppliers about "sustainability issues" – where do raw materials come from, do they take care of their employees respectfully, do they take care of the waste from production process, etc.?
