Active Video Games… Do not provide fresh air, Vitamin D and contact with nature as do outdoor activities, sports and games. Do not help much in getting your 60 minutes of required daily moderate to intense exercise.
Active Video Games… Provide less opportunity to interact with your friends and family. Do not help you develop skills as well as doing outdoor activities, sports and games do.
For Your Health Be active everyday! Spend less time sitting and watching TV or playing video games. Replace playing video games with playing outside, doing sports or other physical activities.
Be active! Play outside! Have fun!
