Public Administration Reform Fund Public Administration Reform Fund is foreseen as a source of financing of technical and expert assistance in implementation of the projects defined on the basis of activities from the Action Plan 1, after approval of the Joint Management Board of the Fund. The assets of this Fund will serve as an addition to the provided budget assets which would finance the public administration reform.
