DEMOCRACY Idea that began in Ancient Greece Adopted and modified by the Romans

Government – Why? Government is the exercise of authority in a political unit; rule. Some people need more rules/government than others - they need to be told what to do because they can’t handle decision making. How much is too much?

Nationhood In theory, all nations are equal (regarding rights and duties). In reality, those with economic and/or military advantages are “MORE” equal.
