FINTECH – The New Art of Investing Schipfe Zurich Switzerland Tel Mob Fax Antonino Ilardo CEO and Delegate of the Board of Directors

The new brand -Switzerland is neutral -Politically stable -Centrally located -Low taxes -Reliable and well organised -Cash withdrawals possible at any time We face up to the challenges and have the right solution ready for you. Now also internationally for all global players. Switzerland – a safe harbour and innovation hub

The environment An innovative leap is currently taking place under the keywords of social media and “ FINTECH ” (finance technology). Many banking services are being redefined. This includes technologies related to e-commerce, mobile payments, crowdlending, crowdinvesting and asset management. The result will be a future in which many services are only offered electronically.

Requirements Today's generation of clients has new expectations when it comes to transparency and flexibility. Modern asset managers act quickly, effectively and transparently. They facilitate an independent yet customised solution and serve as clients' professional link to all new technologies. This next-generation offer optimises innovation, advancements, cleverness, coolness and smartness.

Client of the future What characterises a “next generation client”? They are self-confident, quick, competent, global and demanding: 1. Communications: Clients want to be able to contact the bank at any time via Facebook, Twitter, Skype or WhatsApp. 2. Private equity or crowdinvesting: They want simplified access to platforms like c-crowd and Kickstarter where funding can be sought for newly founded companies or projects.

Client of the future 3.Tools: Countless finance apps exist which generate added value for clients. These can be used to query master data, receive business news, create portfolios, enter payments, draw up charts, convert currencies, etc.

Client of the future 4. Crowdlending: Another type of lending is transacted directly between lenders and borrowers via social lending platforms. Loans of this type are not intended to fund any specific project, the focus is on the monetary transaction. Examples of this include cashare.ch, auxmoney.com and ratesetter.com.

Client of the future 5.Asset management: Asset managers of the future will provide clients with platforms where they can manage their investments themselves. Examples of this include True Wealth (Swiss online bank), BlackRock (fully automatic asset allocation on an ETF basis). There are even communities like Wikifolio which offer investment products that allow clients to invest directly in the investment strategies of well-known traders.

Innovation Our approach: 1.Our blend of customised investment solutions and extensive investment experience put us, Ilardo & Partner Asset Management AG, in a position to offer our clients individual support and advice which extends far beyond pure asset management services. To achieve this level of expertise, we employ the FINTECH investment strategy for the next stage of innovation. 2.We apply quantitative models from the most prestigious money managers which are based on the very latest standards.

Innovation 3. We offer three FINTECH investment profiles: Income, Balanced and Growth. Under each of these strategies, we put a portfolio together that either consists entirely of ETFs or is supplemented by additional individual securities. 4. These portfolios are then rebalanced in a fully automatic process based on the quantitative model. We provide our clients with factsheets and custody account statements to keep them informed about their portfolios' performance.

Innovation The investment profile is selected during a personal meeting: We work together to define the most important cornerstones for a successful strategy: - Risk appetite - Liquidity requirements -> FINTECH technology helps us cut costs to a minimum, namely to a total of 0.8% p.a. All investments remain transparent and the latest state-of-the-art technology is systematically optimised <- Time horizon - investment objective - investment strategy
