Challenges  Dressing material is not giving to PAL home and self care practice in Villages by Govt staff.  MCR has been given at PALs home in villages by NLR but state Govt supply as still wanting.  DN staff does not take interested in PALs home as POD in self care in Villages.  Attendance of PAL in subsequence review meeting at CHC-Kalyanpur, Kanpur Nagar is Failing. Innovation tried  In every review meeting and visit to PAL home. Self care Practice are repeated and PALs are asked to do the Self Care practices themselves.  Educational support has been giving to 65 children of PALs home at PAL home and self care practice in villages starting from primary to higher classes.  Ulcer care and dressing in done personally on review meetings and visit to PALs home, result is ulcer are healing rapidly. occurrence of new ulcer is negligible.  List for educational Support is being prepared for Children of PALs at PALs home & POD & Self Care in villages.
