12. Problems & Obstacles Self Care Practice not done by Groups as PALs are begging. Poor Supervision & monitoring done by Facilitator. MCR Chappal not given to PALs since last 02 years. Dressing materials for Ulcer along with aids /Appliances not provided as per the requirement of PAL.

13. Suggestions More Supervisory visits required by Facilitators. Stakeholders Meeting necessary. To Provide MCR & Aids/Appliances requested SLO. In this regard need NLR higher authorities involvement. If not provide State budget then as per requirement by PALs, fulfilled by NLR budget.
