RxRx Hydrogen Peroxide 6% 250 ml D.W (freshly prepared) ad 1000 ml Prepare 100 ml Calculations X ml 100 ml Procedure: 1.Measure 25 ml of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) by 100 ml measuring cylinder. 2.Complete the volume to 100 ml with D.W. 3. Mix well and transfer to amber glass bottle with dropper. Storage: amber glass bottle with dropper

Uses : As an ear antiseptic. Role of each ingredient: H2O2: Active ingredient (disinfectant) H2O2: Active ingredient (disinfectant) Water: Vehicle Water: Vehicle 2-3 gtt a.u TID or u.d Sig.: 2-3 gtt a.u TID or u.d 2-3 drops 3-4 times daily Dose: 2-3 drops 3-4 times daily
