Who are WE?

The Regina Coeli Athletic Boosters is an organization established to provide funding and support for all school related athletic programs. The goal of the RC Athletic Boosters is to provide every student the opportunity to participate in these various athletic programs. As an organization, it is imperative that we raise funds to support these programs and our students. Costs/Fundraising

RC Athletic Boosters are Self Supportive Where does the money come from?  Player Fees  Fundraising Where does the money go?  CYO Team Fees  CYO Player Fees  Equipment  Field and Court Upkeep/Maintenance The RC Athletic Program does NOT receive monetary support from the School or Parish! Roles/Responsibilities

Officers  President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Sergeant at Arms  Elected Annually – Per guidelines of Constitution  Athletic Director – Paid position by Parish Commissioners  Appointed by AD  Organize sport program  Collect fees  Assist AD in appointment of coaches  Point of contact for parent issues/concerns  Ensure that field/court is in safe condition  Manages equipment Coaches  Abide by CYO rules  Collect player fees and associated forms  Provide a safe learning atmosphere  Remember – This is CYO, not Travel Sports! Adherence to this Policy is Mandatory New Purchasing Policy Regina Coeli Athletic Boosters Pg. 10 Effective 1/14/2010  Any and all equipment, uniforms or accessories must be reviewed and approved by Athletic Director prior to placing the order.  A quote or approximate cost of items along with a description must be presented to Athletic Director.  Upon approval, a purchase order (PO) will be issued. The provided PO will need to be listed on the vendor invoice for processing of payment.  If utilizing a NEW vendor, please provide Treasurer with the full address, phone number and contact person for internal purposes.  Coaches do not receive free uniforms, shirts, hats or associated items.  Do not order more items than are needed  Coaches do not have the authority to initiate purchases without proper approval
