2 Booster Clubs in PISD ENRICH SUPPORT COMPLY
Role – Support /enrich program and the CURRENT student athletes. MS - small EOY celebrations / decorate LR’s / goodie bags. IMPERATIVE to comply with PISD/UIL rules – or forfeiture

3 Role of Booster Club at Reynolds Middle School
Fundraise-memberships, concession stand Support and enrich athletic program Team meals or snacks Locker rooms and team spirit Banquets and Awards at end of year or end of season

4 ROLE OF BOOSTER CLUBS District Booster Clubs shall: see handout
Booster Clubs shall organize and function in a way consistent with the District’s philosophy and objectives, within adopted Board policies, and in accordance with UIL regulations as applicable. District Booster Clubs shall: see handout District Booster Clubs shall NOT: see handout

5 By-Law’s Summary: • Summit bylaws and registration paperwork to the Campus Coordinator who will submit to the Director of Athletics for approval BY SEPTEMBER 1st • Officers must be elected by a quorum. • Officers must read the Booster Club Guidelines and sign and return the form stating they have done so. • No one person may hold multiple offices. • Head Coach / Sponsor must be in attendance at all meetings in an advisory capacity. • PISD employees may not serve in a financial capacity of a booster or other parent organization. • Bylaws must address the organization’s fiscal year, organizational structure, and the methods used to elect officers
