Target group: heads of IT services, vice-rectors for NIT, representatives of selected national projects, etc. Scope: 1-2 days, participants Speakers: ICT4UM working group – cases gathered through the project, selected Russian “success stories”, representatives of funding agencies.

Month (September - November 2008) Training workshop for multipliers (IWi, IMC, EURICE – facilitator) In-depth presentations of selected methodologies and solutions (tailored to potential uptakers) Scope 1-2 days, Russian specialists Requirements: practical experience in installation and maintenance of complex CAMS, knowledge of environments in partner Universities, ability to communicate in English Purchase of ARIS licences Potentially: invitation of a representative of LETI (the Russian University which is using SAP solution)
