Question One How is Gatsby different in this chapter from previous chapters? Why do you think that he acts differently in this chapter? Find one quote that proves your thoughts.

Question Two How do we Daisy change in this chapter? What was Daisy’s personality like before she meets Gatsby? How does she change after she meets Gatsby? Find two quotes that show the different ways in which Daisy acts.

Question Three How do we feel about Nick as the narrator now? Is he a moral person or someone you can trust? Find one quote that proves your thoughts.

Question Four What is Gatsby's house like? Find one quote that describes how Gatsby’s house looks. What about this description of Gatsby’s house is a little strange? Why is it weird that Gatsby’s house looks the way it does? What is Fitzgerald trying to say here?
