Spencer High School is one of 63 schools in the district utilizing the wide area network. All campuses now have a 1Gbps backbone inside the building that is available to any device physically plugged into the network. Additionally, every campus now has wireless network access that is used to facilitate greater adoption of mobile computing solutions and flexible learning environments

Spencer High School has 52 wireless access points using AIR-LAP1252AF-A-K9. The wireless access points are located in boxes mounted on the ceiling. Spencer High School has over 800 laptops and netbooks, 150 I Pads and 100 IPods. Each academic teacher maintains at least 15 netbooks or laptops in their classroom. Each classroom also has at least 5 Ethernet cable drops.

The Spencer High School Media Center houses 20 student workstations. Three faculty workstations for SLMS and ITS. The I pads, IPods, laptops and netbooks not in use are also housed in the media center.
