CFM S4 Cloud iQ Guide THE FUTURE OF CASH AUTOMATION

What is Cloud iQ? Cloud iQ creates easy-to-understand reports that give you real insight into your cash device fleet. It allows us to help you answer questions such as: Is the right technology in place? Is it being used effectively ? Do I need to buy another device? Well, Cloud iQ tracks the usage of each device by day, by side, and denomination. It tells you what your machine is doing and how it’s doing it. It allows you to see real-time data on underutilized machines and lets you plan according. How do I reduce maintenance expenses? Cloud iQ provides you with real-time service monitoring, preventative maintenance schedules, and proactive services requests. The best part—it can send service requests directly to your service provider without you lifting a finger.

Log in to Cloud iQ The URL to access Cloud iQ is below: Enter your login credentials. These will be provided by CFM.

Dashboard – Operations Report Example: In the example here, we can see that 2 devices at a single location have 100% usage for a single side. Device 498-Thornydale has 100% left-side use, while 494- Thornydale has 100% right- side usage. Perhaps one of these devices can be re-allocated?

Dashboard – Operations Report The ‘ Operations Report ’ displays details about device usage. Click the red section to view devices not used.

Dashboard – Operations Report The ‘ Devices Not in Use ’ page displays devices with no activity. Operational tip: if a device is not being used, you may consider re-allocating the device.
