P roject Based Learning Students will.. ·Visit various web sites to complete specific tasks. ·Complete a tree map of short u words. ·Highlight short u words in a story. ·Create a circle map of short u words. ·Complete an assessment rubric. ·Save their work on the server. ·Share their learning and show peers the process of navigating through the activity.

Read Space Pup. Highlight the short u words as you read. Gus the pup rests all day. Gus can not rest at night. Gus is Space Pup! Space Pup helps people. "Here I come, " yells Space Pup. Space Pup sees a bus. He says, "The bus is stuck in the mud!" "Here I come!" yells Space Pup. He sees people stuck in the bus! "The bus is stuck!" they yell. "Help us, Space Pup!"
