Campus Cyberinfrastructure CCI Working Group will focus on strategies, business plans, and policies of campus CI for –Research –Education –Competitive Advantage Co-chairs, Steering Committee, Volunteers among top CI experts

Communicating the Importance of CI to Major Stakeholders Provide resources to HE CIOs to explain to university presidents and other stakeholders the economic and competitive advantages of robust CI

Effective Leadership Strategies for Campus CI Provide HE IT leaders with the information needed to make informed decisions on how to grow and manage campus CI resources

Strategies of Federal Agencies & Other Funding Resources Host discussions among HE community & federal agency stakeholders on how revised campus and agency strategies could provide –incentives for more effective investments & operations for national and campus CI –improved coordination among all parties
