Slide 3 ITS ANALYST STAFF Is this functionality that we do not have? Is this something that has been asked for in the past and was denied ? If yes, why? Has anything changed to make it reasonable to bring this request forward again? Has this been asked for and is already in the hopper? Are all of the items completed to move this forward?

Slide 4 PROBLEM DEFINITION What is wrong? Who is feeling the pain? How does the problem get in the way of achieving the organization's objectives? What is the history of the situation? How did we get here? What alternatives have been explored? What is keeping people from solving this without a special enhancement? PROPOSED SOLUTION What do you propose we should do to solve the problem? Can you clearly define this enhancement request? Will this solve the whole problem? If not, what else will have to be done in or outside of ITS to solve it? IMPACT What happens if this project is not done and/or is not done on time? Are there measures that indicate the severity of this problem? STAKEHOLDERS Who will be affected by this project? Faculty? Staff? Students? Citizens? Corporate Partners? Do they believe or know there is a problem? Do we need their input in order for this project to be successful? OTHER INFORMATION Is there any additional information you can provide to clarify this request? This might include a statement of goals and objectives or impact. Screen shots, report examples, that help illustrate your request are most welcome. Please attach them to your request. SUBMIT IDEA
