2 RATIONALE The proposal is made due to the necessity: 1)to optimize the specific training strengths of the workplace (SMEs) in order to encourage a more effective learning experience for young students and employed adults 2) To develop the training competences of the company trainer to enable him/her to act with greater understanding and awareness together with teachers and trainers within schools, training agencies, universities.

3 AIM OF THE PROJECT Fundamental aim is the complete transfer, in terms of adaptation and use in other countries, of Devices, Tools and Practices relative to the competence profile of the tutor or “Expert in learning processes in the company”, available within the pilot project ‘Prometeo’ (a European project funded within Leonardo Da Vinci Programme)

4 OBJECTIVES 1)To activate local networks, within each partner country, functional to the requirements of the transfer and contextualisation of the prototype to be transferred 2) To analyse the product “Prometeo” in roder to highlight its characteristics of innovation, in the aim of transfer implemented by the partnership 3) To transfer and experiment the sustainability of re-use of Description of Competences of the Tutor or “Expert in learning processes in the workplace”

5 OBJECTIVES 4) To transfer and experiment the sustainability of re-use of the Training Programme addressed to the Tutor or “Expert in learning processes in the workplace” 5) To transfer and experiment of the sustainability of the re-use of the Devices and Tools of the tutor or “Expert in learning processes in the workplace” 6) To implement and manage a strategy of valorisation through dissemination activities addressed to direct beneficiaries and exploitation activities addressed to indirect beneficiaries and stakeholders

7 OUTPUTS Intermediate results: 1)Methodological set up of the transfer process = Procedure of innovation transferability 2) Descriptive profile of competences of the “Expert in learning processes in workplaces” 3) Training programme (modules and training methodology) for the development of competences of the “Expert in learning processes within workplaces” 4) Tools and devices supporting the pedagogical organisation of learning

8 OUTPUTS Final results: 5) Manual of modelling of the transfer of innovation, describing the methodology of validation and inclusive of the tool kit for re-use 6) CD–rom to be used in self-learning (according to the methodology of open and distance learning) equally by - recipients-users (company tutors or “Experts in learning processes within the workplace”) - direct beneficiaries (trainees and coachees) - indirect beneficiaries (schools, training agencies, universities)

9 OUTCOMES 1)To maximize the investment in training addressed to company tutors in order for them to develop tutoring competences which are more functional to trainees and coachees’ lifelong learning 2)Development of trainees and coachees’ strategic skills for learning to learn on workplaces, thanks to tutoring support 3) The relation between companies, schools, universities and training agencies (within partners’ regions) will be strengthened 4) Increase in the training strength of the enterprise: workplaces need to become contexts for intentional learning, integrated with formal learning contexts
