This publication [communication] reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.’ 2 A non-profit making association created in 1983 by the French Ministry of Employment, the CREDIJ ensures the following missions:  Resources and support centre providing guidance, counselling and training activities for: ─ the APP Network (Individualised pedagogical workshops) in Normandie Region ─ the local units of the public Network for information and guidance about training and jobs ( PAIO Missions locales) ─ the training centres of Normandie Region.  Research and studies centre on youth integration and on evaluation of training centres.

This publication [communication] reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.’ 3 Since 2000 the CREDIJ developed the following complementary activities:  Training design and production of training tools.  Training  tutors and trainers.  Studies and counselling activities in two main fields: ─ Youth employment in companies, ─ Evaluation of competences (mainly hospitality and building sector)  Studies, counselling and training related to Equal access for all to training and to job (implementation of non discriminating practices).
