 Are you having trouble with your skills?  We can help you with that! Our training program has helped many people all across the world that are struggling with the ability of using these skills. We guarantee you the best results that you ever dreamed of by the end of this program. Don’t worry about being pressured because everyone is here for the same reason. We have everything to suit your needs.

o During the year 2009, the unemployment rate has dropped so much. o The reason is that many people don’t have the skills they need in order to qualify for a job. Therefore, our training program can help them in this situation.

o Our entire program will run for two months. We will meet every other day for 4 hours. Each meeting will be held from 10a.m.- 2p.m. o There will also be a lunch break where you can eat and socialize. There will be many projects and fun activities in which each individual will participate in. They will all help you to improve your skills.

 Communication Skills It is a skill that allows us to talk and cooperate with others better. It will also benefit team work with in the company.  Importance in a Workplace This is important because by being able to communicate better it will help the work place be a happier working environment.

 Situation /Scenario- Class of 30 or less and 2 teachers 4 hours for 2 months Small lessons Have small games Final project  Procedures- Introductions Essay on what communication means Charades Create power point and present about a different person

 Desired Outcome The outcome we hope to achieve is to create a friendly working environment. We also hope that they learn how to talk to people better, and have better presentations in front of people.

 Collaboration – Key on working successfully together Mastering skills requires the ability ○ to work effectively with diverse teams ○ be helpful ○ make compromises with other people.  Importance in Workplace- This skill is very important in the workplace. Cooperating with one another allows you to find various answers that would help lead to the correct one.

 Situation/ Scenario- Classroom will contain 30 or less employees and one teacher Class will go on for 4 hours every other day for the next 2 months Take a break for lunch.  Procedures- Worksheet each day and complete this in a group You will be working on various projects and activities. ○ You will make a new invention. ○ You will go on a treasure hunt as a group to find the treasure.

 Desired Outcome- The outcome of this would be to improve your collaborative skills. You will realize the many challenges that you will overcome by working with others that have different priorities, roles, and talents.

 Innovation Innovation means to introduce something new; make changes in anything established This can help create different techniques on managing a company and look at things in a different way Find a way to become even better. Importance in the Workplace- This is important in a workplace because it will help you get to know everyone in this company a little better, and improve how the company runs.

 Scenario/ Situation- There will be 30 people or less in a room and 1 teacher Meetings for 4 hours for the next 2 months. Give you a lesson, a give small scenarios, and projects that you will work on.  Procedures- You will first introduce yourselves We will give you essays, and notes Projects to work on throughout this program. Fun games and activities like monopoly that you will participate in.

 Desired Outcome- The desired outcome of this program will be having the ability to create strategies and techniques on managing a company and being able to introduce new things in a company. Overall, we aim to improve your innovation skills.

o Creative Thinking Skills- This is a specific thought process that utilizes new ideas, thoughts, and physical objects. It can also be the ability to look for many possible answers other than just one, and taking everything into consideration. o Importance in the Workplace- They allow one to solve certain situations in various types of ways. Instead of having one answer, you can pick the best solution for the situation with the use of your creativity.

o Situation/ Scenario- There will be a classroom filled with 25 employees maximum and one teacher. Class will go on for about an hour and thirty minutes every other day for the next 2 months. Each day they will work on their do now which requires using some creativity. o Procedures- Everyone will introduce themselves. They will work on a project that lasts the whole time that they are there. They are also going to be playing games and participating in activities such as Mad Libs.

o Desired Outcome- The outcome of this program is to improve their creative thinking skills. By the end of the program, they will be combining ideas to reach a good solution. They will also learn from their mistakes and not judge ideas early in the process.

 This program will help you with anything that’s possible. It will give you the full knowledge of each skill. Therefore, it will help in the future because you will be advancing in your career.  It will make you successful because now you will have the potential to complete the tasks in your life. This is why you should join our training program.
