Common Code for the Coffee Community  Pilot Projects test preliminary results of the Code and integrate first results in the development of the Code  The Code will be finalized until December 2004  Proposals for implementation guidelines will be made until December 2004  Contacts with international organisations will be intensified  Instruments of capacity and institution building will be integrated 1.
